Do not email passwords, purchase tokens, payment-card details, or original photos and videos.
To submit an account-deletion request, open Settings → Delete Account in the app. If you have already uninstalled it, use the account deletion page and provide the required User ID from the Settings screen.
Out-of-app requests are not sent to an unauthenticated public API. The backend/support team manually verifies the User ID, may request additional proof of control, and then manually processes the request. The page prepares an email to support@c96a.com; review it before sending.
