Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account for Face Swap: AI Photo & Video (package com.c96a.veo.aiface, developed by NovaPlay Labs).

Option 1 — Delete in the app

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account, then confirm.

The app sends an authenticated account-deletion request to the service. After the service confirms the request, the app clears its local sign-in token and cached user record. The device-side pseudonymous identifier is replaced only after the new value is successfully written to secure storage.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

Use the form below to prepare an email to support@c96a.com. A User ID is required; it is the ID shown beside User on the app's Settings screen.

Manual verification and processing: This public page does not call the deletion API. The backend/support team manually verifies the supplied User ID against service records and may request additional proof of control before processing the deletion request. The team records the outcome and confirms the scope and status by email. We respond within 30 days.

What happens to your data

Data	Result
Active account	The verified deletion request is manually submitted to the service.
Local sign-in token and cached user record	Cleared by the app after its authenticated request is confirmed. If the app is unavailable, the support team explains the server-side result.
Device-side pseudonymous identifier	Replaced by the app after a new identifier is successfully written to secure storage.
Points, membership, tasks, and works	Reviewed as part of the account-deletion process. Contact support for the confirmed scope or status of dependent records.
Uploaded photos, videos, generated results, and file fingerprints	May require separate deletion processing and are not guaranteed to disappear immediately when the account request is confirmed.
Operational backups and security logs	May remain until scheduled expiration or while required for security and legal purposes.
Support correspondence	Retained while needed to verify, resolve, and document the request.
Purchase records	Retained in the minimum form required by tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases. Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play subscriptions or in your Apple ID settings; request refunds through the store that processed the purchase. Cancel any subscription before deleting your account.

Files saved to your device

Images and videos you exported to your device's photo gallery remain on the device until you delete them from the gallery.
